Can anyone tell me how to adjust the wire which actuates the blend door on my climate box? The clip looks simple enough but I'd like to avoid breaking or damaging it. What's the trick to losen it so that the wire can be repositioned?

 

To answer my own question:
.

1. Remove the push washer
2. Slide the clip and wire off the blend door shaft
3. Roll the clip over 180 degrees
4. Reinstall the clip back on the shaft so the wire is facing you
5. Pinch the two center tabs together with needle nose pliers
6. The wire will slip enough to dial it into the desired position
7. Release the pliers
8. Pull the clip and wire back off the shaft
9. Roll it back over 180 degrees
10. Reinstall the wire on the shaft
11. Reinstall the push washer
