I bought a 91 cherokee xj with the two front doors have the wires cut. Found out the two front doors are from a 90 model. Of course wires don't match up. I just want the windows to work. I took all doors apart to find out what wires are what, hooked up just the window wires, power, and ground. Tried it and nothing happens? Does everything need to be hooked up for them to work?

Cant use original truck wiring ?

Yeah i did, because the door harness does not match the the trucks original set up I had to find out exactly what wires were what; by looking at each doors control switches
