90 xj overheat and misfire

90 xj overheat and misfire
I've been rebuilding my 90 jeep cherokee for awhile now and have been fixing everything as it comes. I recently did a head gasket replacement as long with a new water pump due to rough starts and overheating. After the replacements I still over heat and now I have a misfire. I dont know how to go about this I'm stuck at this point.
