Good stuff man love swappin over. I'm having trouble with the fuel line going into the fpr, it is leaking now but i thin i did not install it back properly. I bought the oem repair kit (# 83502745) but not sure which order to install the new o-rings/spacer/clip?? The orig clip broke when i was removing it so i didn't get a good look at how it was installed. Here's a pic of what i'm working with. I have the new o-ring/spacer/o-ring on the fuel line all the way up to the lip and the clip is in the fpr, is that correct or does the clip go onto the fuel line first and the seals after? yesterday i tried it the way you see in the pic put it never went in good and now leaks. I know i'm missing a step here. whats white installation tool that came in the repair kit?

I started it yesterday after replacing o-rings. It was running rough (kinda like misfiring) and leaking from the injectors and where the fuel line connects to fpr. I put new spark plugs in as well so i no they're not the problem. Would the fuel leak from the injectors and fuel line cause the engine to run rough like i described? I thought maybe the drop in pressure is causing this and will resolve once if get new injectors in and fix the leaking fuel line, right?? The fpr should be fine, jeep was driving fine 2 days ago until leak got worse.

Nice, i understand that now so its clear. I have an o-ring for the fpr, does that just pull out once you loosen the bracket?

Man, I came up short at the yd. All 703's where hijacked. I'm going to buy the bosch 028015703 that motor man sells, that should be good right? I'm going with 22lb not 19lb, correct? I read that the renix is actually 22lb..

have you ever messed with the intake air temp sensor in the air box? #8 in diagram. I was cleaning the box and removed it but not sure which side should be on the left and right.... and is the fuel line repair kit the same used for the other side (return line) ?? the clip on that line broke too when i was removing it. I think i'm almost set here. I was curious if i should use some sea foam while i have the injectors out, is that a good idea? whats the procedure?
