Default '90 Wagoneer Window leak

Just moved to Oregon, experiencing lots of liquid sunshine. Opened the back hatch and the back of my jeep had water sloshing around, pulled all the trim and it looks like it's coming from the passenger side quarter window. I have the limited model so the seal has a chrome trim insert, any ideas on where I can find a new one? Or should I just try and seal it with caulk? Thanks.

I should've said that I want to be able to reuse the chrome trim, I've found plenty of seals that are just black, would rather not do that if I don't have to.

Mine did the same thing I had the glass popped out and had some rtv/ windshield adhesive put in the gasket from the body and also on window side but I found the leak later on that it was coming from the body seam at the top.

Which seam? The headliner is dry, i've tried to check everything up high but don't feel any wetness.
Thanks!!

Take off the passanger panel and have someone dump water over the jeep and see if you can see a trail of water coming from anywhere. The seam is the one on the top where the gutter rails meet, that seam on the body. Do you have the roof rails by any chance? The gasket might be gone or not sealing either but you would get a wet headliner or even loose fabric from the moisture. My girls was leaking from the seam and the rails and would start creating bubble from the fabric loosening up. I fix both and so far no problems or even water.

its definitely coming from the window gasket, body shop wants $400, glass shop wants $320. How hard is it to replace?

The glass is tricky to get out. But from what I remember you gotta lift the gasket out and push on the window the corners are the easiest to start and slowly work your way thru the bottom. A small nylon rope will help. When putting it back on you'll use the rope in the gasket and line up the glass and gasket in the window channel, leaving two pieces of rope out. Pull on the rope while applying pressure on the glass, it might take a couple times to do it worse case you break the glass. If you can go to the jy try on those one .

Well I ended up taking it to a glass shop, they said the window seal was good, it was the body seams. They caulked the crap out of it but it still leaks and now the passenger front floor is soaked. Man is this frustrating.

If it makes you feel better 97-03 ford f150/expedition had problems with the windshield leaking and frying a lot of wiring under the dash.
