If the rear wire off the ballast resistor has 9 volts or more and the pump ain't runnen' the battery probably isn't your main problem. A battery rests at 12.7 at room temperature. 12.4 might not be so bad. I'd pull it off and jump to it, or check it with a dvm. (that rear wire).Maybe I missed something, but if my pump wasn't commming on I'd have checked power to in ...in seconds. Bad ballast resistor, it's connections, or the connections on that second relay back, (out of the 4 there), maybe, but if there is power there when you first turn on the ign and the pump isn't going, I'D suspect the pump, or the wire between there and it.

Not only this, but at the same time my battery does need to be replaced, it has given me issues before. Ill update y'all tomorrow after a new battery and more tinkering

New battery...did nothing, but I needed a new top post regardless. Side post was getting old.
Fuel pump relay was the culprit, was replaced 2x I guess the sfirst replacement relay was a dud but we heard it click, so we thought it was working...apparently not.
But she's back on the road and gonna be in the Christmas parade Friday
Thanks for yalls help
