Ok so my 90 limited the front doors lock with the switch the rear ones show signs that the lock tap wants to move but can't. I have to manually lock them. The hatch won't lock with out the key. And ideas of how to repair this or do I need to replace the lock mechinism electrical portion? And second my left rear door is getting harder to open. The button gets stuck inside the handel some times and now I have to yank it open. Is there a special live anyone can reccomended for when I pull it apart and clean it?

 

You just need to pop off the door panels and lube up all the joints and the handles. They slowly pick up dirt and junk slowing down then eventually stopping. I had the same issue then after greasing everything they work like new.

 

This will fix it. Done it on a coupla XJs.
