90 auto swap into 98 manual

90 auto swap into 98 manual
Have chance to buy 98 5 speed, has blown motor.I have a good running renix, wondering what i have to swap in order to get my older jeep motor running in the 98. the 90s body is on its way out. im ok with keeping the 5 speed, how does the crankshaft position sensor play into the swap? Sounds like ill have to swap the throttle position sensor, computer, map sensor, coil, airbox. What are the differences, is exhaust similar? Need to know the key elements, new to jeep world!
