When i was bleeding my brake system, i got to the second wheel (rear driver) and started to repeat the process (pump brakes x5, hold, open bleeder, close, repeat) but when I was closing it, the slight resistance usually felt when tightening a crew suddenly went away.
At first i thought that i had broken the screw, but after removing it, it was fine.
I again tried tightening it, delicately, by hand, but it no longer tightens!
For the first few turns it does feel like its matched up nicely with the threading, but after a certain point, it just begins to turn freely again, and refuses to shut tight.
After many failed attempts i said F it and figured id try a new bleeder screw, but still, nothing.
So now im stuck. I have no clue whats causing my problem.
Is it possible i messed up the threads in just the right way to allow me to catch the thread with the screw, but not enough to tighten it?
Any ideas on how i can solve it?

Thanks!
