I got onto a computer and read your link. I also looked under the hood again and noticed that the vacuum line going into the throttle body from the map sensor was broken. Going to try to replace the line and see what happens.

 

You're gonna have to get creative with the line. It's no longer available.

Just make sure it cascades DOWN from the MAP to throttle body. No low spots where liquid could accumulate.
