89 pioneer leaf spring trouble
I have an 89 XJ pioneer. 4.0 auto. The rear leaf spring main eye hanger has the nut welded inside the hanger itself. it is not in the frame. does anyone know where i can find the hangers or brackets which ever its called. I repeat it is NOT in the frame i cut the passenger side frame open its welded in the hanger.

dude i had the same thing happen to me. we had to cut the spring bolt off to get the spring out then cut the hump out that is in the hanger where that nut is welded and we welded a new nut on it and welded it all back together. its working fine and it was a super cheap and kinda easy fix if you can weld or know someone who can.
