89 Laredo wont start; Symptoms ; NO spark from coil to distributor, (new coil), NO back up lights Book that I have says Neutral Safety Switch, Crank Sensor, fuse, and or circuit breaker or starter brelay. Where to start? need easiest and cheapest way to get back running

NSS probably does need done if you've got no backup lights and the bulbs are good, but it's not the NSS preventing the start if it's cranking. Are the injectors firing?
