89 Jeep cherokee barely warm heat

Oh, just cleaned this up, (sandpaper on glass), and measured a 7/16 ID in the heater output. (that, and the OEM stat go in in about a month).
Blend door is pretty self explanatory like you said! Yea it's lever is moving all the way to a stop. Actually a drain tube I think.
Actually it's usually hot enough for me, just doesn't kick ****.
I wonder if I can cut a hole right where a mouse nest might be!

Sorry I havent replied in a while but I ended up using CLR and letting it sit for a last restort then flushed it out with water till it ran clear then took some air to it thant repeated that numerous times till all the little bits of gunk came out and now I have exellent heat, I actually turn off my heater cause it gets too hot
