Im thinking electrical rather than vacuum, reason is I get no voltage reading anywhere in the system, not the spade connector at bottom of steering colum not the connector by the servo.

Also I was told to check for cel codes by turning the key on and off either 6 times or 3 times however I dont seem to have a cel. when I leave the key in the ON position the only light that comes on is the seatbelt light and the e-brake light if the e-brake is engaged.
About the brake switch.. If you look closely at the switch itself, it's adjustable. It may be different on your wagoneer than my '93 Laredo.. (I missed that it was Renix) Also, mine has no light on the dash.. nothing to tell you it's on except that the switch stays pushed in when it's on. Hope you get it sorted out.

Just bought it a few weeks ago and has never worked for me. Prior owner said he used it once or twice but that was years ago.

OK, will chk for inline fuse by brake switch.
then will look at adjustment,
will follow instructions on that website, most seems to be checking the spade coming off the signal stalk.
Should there be a check eng lite?

I probbaly wont be able to get to this till saturday but was thinking, what other lights should be in that cluster on left side of the dash? Right now all that light up are e-brake and seat belt on the top row. ANything else that should be lighting? Is there a CEL? Seems like a lot of slots for 2 lousy lights.

Busy weekend at work so didnt get to check as much as I wanted but I did confirm the vacuum ball has all lines attached and is holding vacuum. Still wondering about electrical causes since I cant find juice anywhere, there is no fuse for the cruise system correct other than that inline fuse which I couldnt find.?

Yes, have to examine that brake switch more closely.
