89 cherokee rear sway bar rubbing on tires?

89 cherokee rear sway bar rubbing on tires?
just bought a 89 cherokee my first jeep. i dont know why i dident notice but when i got home i looked and the rear sway bar end links that bolt ontop of the leaf springs are rubbing on the tires. i dont know if the springs are supposed to be under the axle not on top or if it has the wrong jeep rims and tires on it 225 75 15s or anything please help

That wuold be a stock tire size.What rims are on it?Stock or aftermarket?Do your front tires rub on the lower control arms?Sounds like they have the wrong off set.
