Here I am back again. I asked about the filler tube on the AW4 and ended up cutting it which was much easier said than done. Now I have to be a newby pain in the posterier again. The exhaust looks like it is original, but it is so close to the front of the pan that no matter how much I manipulate the pan it will not clear the exhaust pipe. What must I do to get the pan off? I hope I do not have to take the exhaust pipe off the manifold. Everything I have read about that sounds like a lot of bad things can happen, and not being much of a mechanic is no help at all. This is really turning into a major pain when all I wanted to do was change the filter and put in new fluid (Dexron III) I hope.
