89 Cherokee Axles

Unsure why I have two different axles. Dana 30 front and dana 35 rear (I think) in 89 Cherokee Laredo. Never heard of that being stock so I assume along the way someone changed it. Has anyone heard of that or has one been changed?

It's stock. XJ's came with (depending on year) a D30 in the front, and either a D35, D44, or C8.25 in the rear.

Pretty much all 4x4s but the modern ones with ifs and irs use two different axles front and rear.
