Default 89 Brakes

Well, after several days and cans of PB and HEAT I got the right rear tire off, thanks to all with that help!!! Now, did I mention that while trying to remove that tire I slipped and hit one of the lugs and as luck would have it you know where it ended up. So, not knowing anything about brakes how do I get into them to remove that lug. I'm also hoping that it is the cause of them locking up, when you go to move the jeep it goes a few inches and that tire locks up.

Thanks in advance...

That stud is catching on the brakes inside the drum. Remove the wheel/tire, remove the drum, the lug should nearly fall out. It can be replaced with a new one from the inside. (Or drive with only four temporarily). Get it started, then using large washers and a lug nut pull the stud into place until it's fully seated in the axle flange.
And Welcome to CF!
Dan
