Default 88, runs smooth but has no title.
Is it worth $500 bucks for the running gear? it is a 4 door, the interior is trashed so this would basically be for the drive train.

maybe man i`d offer the guy 300 considering the thrashed interior and no title or 500 just for the drive train

some states will get you the title if you go with the guy to apply for a new one

Have the owner get a duplicate title before handing any cash over.
