Well I hit a deer last night going about 50 and it pushed the bumper in a bit on the passanger side and popped the stock plastic fender flair off
. The bumper I think I can bend back, but I cant seem to figure out how to get the fender back on. Non of the clips are broken on the fender itself or the body, but I cant get it to snap back on. Any tips/tricks?

You need to loosen up the brackets, re-install the flair and then tighten the brackets back down. It helps to have someone hold the flair down tight as youtighten up the bolts. I'd also suggest some PB Blaster on the fasteners before you try to loosen them, they're prone to breaking.
