One other thing does anything. In the fuse panel. Run to the pump I'm almost. To the external. Pump relay and wiring. To therelay for the
Rear defrost

I ran. Straight. 12 v to the hot wire on a pump still ended. Up buzzing. Away through. The floor. If it helps i got. Gremlins. In my door locks they unlock. On there own

Have you replaced CPS? It really does cause some weird issues sometimes.
