......but then the truth for sure is, the FSM states once coolant temp passes 160, a warm-up heat cycle is counted by the ECU.

At one time, Jeep/Chrysler sold a 180 "extreme service" t-stat thru the dealerships.

I realized that after my t stat change that 1. I didn't completely refill the bottle and two the bottle is bad.
