Update. I finally got back around to working on the Cherokee. I Just replaced the fuel pump and after a few cranks it fired right up, but the alternator is definitely seized it was not spinning and blew the belt. So after I replace that and all fluids it'll be ready to go. Thank you to everyone who helped!
