I want to use a switch from my 87 parts XJ for driving lights on my 90 XJ. The switch is actually a rear window defroster switch. My understanding is I can use this switch for fog/driving lights since the rear window grid times out with a relay (not the switch).

I pulled the switch, connector and panel from my parts XJ before it was scrapped. I just like the idea of a stock looking switch that is already for a high current item (and yes I am using a relay for the lights)...

 

Nevermind. Switch is a momentary on and off and I don't want to hassle with latching relays and such...
