96 fan clutch

96 fan clutch
just went out to replace my fan clutch that i suspect to be the cause of creeping temp to 220...
the bolts are pretty stuck on there. and the pulley thing its attatched to seems to move a little. do i risk damaging anything if i wrench hard to get bolts off.
any suggestions to help a chick out?
