87 throttle body

Default 87 throttle body
On the drivers side of the TB.there are 2 holes both of mine were plugged up.I know the bottom one goes into the TB.Any body know what they are?

Can you post a picture. On my '88 the only holes (vacuum ports) are on the Pass. side of the TB. That one goes to the MAP sensor on the firewall!
