So I need one front fender flare to last inspection. On craigslist I found somebody selling 2 complete fenders and fender flares for a pre-96 cherokee. I have a '99 cherokee. I know the fender flares are different, but would the fender itself mount onto the body if I take the original one off? Of course I will be getting bigger flares when I get my bigger lift, but my main priority is to get inspected and I live in PA with really strict fender laws
