Plus the cost of the tools isnt really worth it if you are only gonna do this one time, Building on a budget doesnt always mean spending the least amount of money total, it means sometimes spending the money in the right places at the right times

 

The only special tools you need are a dial indicator and an in/lbs dial torque wrench. The other tools you need are just a general set of larger size sockets and a ratchet and some feeler gauges.

I definitely know what you're saying about the "right places at the right times" thing.
