Default 8.25 swap question

im converting from my d35 to an 8.25. I have a 5 speed so i know my driveshaft is longer than an auto. I read somewhere that the d35 used a longer driveshaft than the 8.25. My first question is, is this true? and second is what would i have to do with the driveshaft to make it fit?

If it is a different length than just get one from a jy that is from a 5 speed with 8.25

thats kinda what i figured i would have to do, fun part is finding a 5 speed let alone one with the 8.25. I like the idea of the front shaft in the back but ive heard that the front shaft wont work in the back of a 5 speed, correct me if im wrong.
