I have a 1994 8.25 with drum brakes and someone wants to buy it for their 98 8.25 with disc brakes so will his disc brake backing plates fit on my rear? Thanks...Tj

yea, all the backing plates should be the same. He probably had to modify his plates to fit on his rear anyways.
