4x4 not engaging in front

4x4 not engaging in front
88 Renix 5 speed with np231 t case. I can feel the rear engage but the fronts aren't turning. Any ideas? Thinking it might be a bad line.

The vacuum lines came off my vac disconnect, "disco" on the right of the axle so many times I finally put a zip tie on there. It's been fine now for years. There's three because after the fork actually moves over it applies vacuum to another port to then light the light. Not sure though some may be different for the light.

one line engages the other disengages the third activates dash light ,switch on transfercase activates them check for vacuum at tc switch
