i thought so. the back of the pan is andchored to the (if the hood is open) bottom hood stabalizer pannel. I just used self tappers and brass washers. I also attached the AUX light for sexiness. it never gets loose, and i can remove it with pliers and phillitps in 3 min and keep it in the back
