No probs. No fears. Jeep had no disco on SelecTrac models and opted to eliminate the disco xle sometime in 91. I've converter numerous Jeeps like the CF technical link shows.
Were you drinking beer when you came up with your username? Is it supposed to be Agent Orange? LOL

some other dude already took my name.
so i'm home and gonna try the full lock front vaccuam actuated axle. i'll take pics but any one following in my footsteps is going to want to read the link CUISER put up. looks wicked simple and step by step instructions. i.e.
1) lay on the ground
2) crawl under the jeep
3) find the front axle
you get the idea...

I cant seem to find the T/C Vacuum switch. I have verified and the fork moves freely as well as the sleeve in the axle. I have vacuum to both sides of the motor and it appears to also be working.
When i shift into 4 wheel I DONT get a light on the dash.
In this picture it show the vacuum motor The sensor on the end is cut, would this prevent the 4wd to turn on.
And this picture shows the vacuum hose that is not connected.

The t/c vacuum switch is on the driver's side rear upper area of the transfer case. It's NOT on the shift motor. The vac switch on the t/c actuates the motor using vacuum when the t/c is shifted into 4wd.
