4WD dash light

4WD dash light
I have noticed my part time 4WD light doesn't light on my dash. This does not light when I turn the key on and all lights come on. What is the procedure for replacing the lamp.

FYI:
The light does not come on when you turn the key "on"
It only illuminates when the Tcase is in 4wd.
