Default 4wd Conversion No start problem

So I decided to convert a 2wd to 4wd. The 2wd had a blown engine so I swapped engine, trans, and tcase. I also swapped the wiring harness from under the hood. The 4wd donor is a 99 and the 2wd is an 01. Well today, I got everything hooked up, and I thought sweet let's see if it starts. (The 4wd donor was running when I parked it 3 weeks ago). Turn the key, nothing. No lights no dash lights no motor turning over. I can't figure out what it is. The only thing that worked was the hazard lights and the tail lights. Since these are different years, could the fuse relay in the cab be different? Could someone give me some possibilities to check or has someone done a conversion like this from different year to year? Anything would be helpful. Thanks.

Think I'd start at the juice and test from there. Odd the hazards work tho. Anyone? Interesting.

Right. The 99 has a distributor and the 01 doesn't. I took the wiring harness, ecu, and tcm from the 99. They all hookup the same.
