4 wheel front hubs on 2 wheel drive
Hi all! This is my first post here so please forgive me if this is on the wrong side.
I recently bought a 1992 two wheel drive XJ. The guy I bought it from gave me a brand new set of front wheel bearing/hub assemblies. He said something about them allowing me to have more front rotor options. After I opened them I realized they are for a 4 wheel drive XJ. Can these actually be used on my 2 wheel drive? I have yet to pull the wheels off and try and compare them. I need to order new brake rotors and pads but want to know if I can use these 4 wheel hubs before I order them.
Thanks in advance!

As long as there is some type of stub shave to hold the bearing together, go for it

Thanks for the response!
Can you elaborate on what a "stub shave" is? What I have are complete hub assemblies.
Edit:
After looking up the part number for the hubs I have it seems they are for a 99-01 Cherokee. Upon some quick googling it seems these will bolt on fine and all I need to do is buy the appropriate cast rotors. Can I get confirmation on that?
Thanks again.

Sorry about that. I meant stub shaft. The unit bearing is assembled in two halves. The stub shaft of the front axle shaft holds it together. I believe the 2WD has some sort of device that resembles a stub shaft that acts the same
