4 low stall

4 low stall
i have a 91 jeep cherokee with a 93 manuaal trans in stalld just had tranny and clutch inspected with no problems found . my issue is my jeep quits when i push in clutch in 4 low 1sgt or 2nd gear.. doesnt do itanyother time any suggestions were to look would be great.
