4" lift- leaf spring mount?

Year: 1991 XJ SPORT 2 DR.
Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0 600 HP
4" lift- leaf spring mount?
I'm in the process of putting in new leaf springs for a lift.
Has anyone found the need to move the leaf spring mount forward a few degrees to straiting the drive-shaft angle for an 4" lift?
or is there no angle problem there?
If anyones done this let me know of any problems . "IE shock mounts"
