Hey i just put in a 4.5" Rough Country lift into my 92 xj. I wanted to get another 2 inches out of the lift so i was thinking about throwing in 2 inch coil spacers and maybe blocks or a helper spring in the rear to get up another 2 inches. Rough country lift didnt give me a pitman arm drop or track bar relocation bracket. Should i get an adjustable track bar and a pitman arm drop for this? Any other ideas?

Did the RC 4.5 lift come with 4.5 inch full leaf packs? If it did get a 2 inch lift shackle for the rear, it will give you more flex and it is easier on the leafs than blocks.
My xj has the 4.5" rough country lift. I lifted it an extra 3" by putting 3" coil spacers in the front and ironman4x4's adj shackles in the rear. You will also have to get an adj trac bar, and sye or a T/C drop. Also i have longer control arms..

Well I already have a 2 inch drop for the tcase should I go more or just get an sye? Also is there maybe a bracket I can get for the front track bar or is the best bet to get an adj track bar?
You should be fine with the T/C drop. Thats all i have on mine and i have no problems. The best deal for a trac bar is carparts.com. They have a rough country one for $62.54. Thats where i got mine. Also if you dont have one you may need a drop pitman arm. Just go you your local J/Y and get one off a grand cherokee. Its the same as a 1" drop one and its a whole lot cheaper..
