dont forget trackbar drop bracket as well as adj. track bar. And yes, you will need upper and lower control arms. Longer brake lines front and rear, shocks.

Also, might want to look into beefing up your steering if going to 33+

check the website for the lift you have a lot of places sell part individually. You may be able to pick up a kit that will lift it up 2 inchs with everything you need or just suck it up and buy a whole new system. Rubicon express make a great 6.5 short or long arm lift. if you wont to go cheaper rough country makes a 6.5 long arm lift for about half the price of the Rubicon express and they are very nice lifts. If you just wont to fit 33 buy some cut out fender flares, my 96 has a 4.5 with cut flares and I am running 33 12.50s.

yes you will need it. the track bar mounts to the frame just behind the pitman arm. it is a good thing to also get a heavy duty steering kit. rugged ridge makes a descent one and its a lot cheaper than most, around $200. Also if you haven't got one yet a heavy duty steering stabilizer. here is a website that has a lot of good stuff. they are very good.
