hi all,
after my green xj got totalled 2 weeks ago, yesterday i just purchased a 99 xj classic with 93k. :highfive: i have one question about it though that doesnt seem right. it mostly when the engine is cold but i can tell it happens a fair bit of the time. give i give it a little rev in neutral the engine kics up fine but it seems like it kinda hangs for maybe a sec at the most then drops down. i know how my old xj felt inside and out and it didnt have this hesitation at all. ive heard people talk about cleaning the throttle body would this cure any problems like this? thanks in advance

My 99 dose the same thing yet my 95 dose not. So I think it is something with the new computer set up they started in 96. It doesn't seen harmful in any way just different.
