Hi all,
Unable to get Autozone to figure out the right P/N for a steel freeze plug for my 4.0 block. It shouldn't matter if it's a Laredo, Commanchee / whatever.... a 4.0 is a 4.0 block. I'm not going to make bad comments about the boys working behind the counter (but I have some choice words in mind).
Can anybody provide a valid P/N for the steel freezeplugs for this block? That way I can walk in and TELL them what I need and purchase it? Napa, Autozone or Rockauto parts are okay with me...
...and I guess while we're at it, a good intake / exhaust gasket that will work properly as I have the manifold off to get to these plugs?...

I don't know the part number, but I would recommend using brass core plugs because they won't rust out like steel does.

The OEM part number for the side (2") plugs is J3105394. The one for the back of the block is 53020465.
Use these numbers for aftermarket plugs, or go to the dealer for them.
Edit: The best intake/exhaust gasket by far is the OEM gasket. OEM 53010238. Dealer has them.
