Stick to a 10.50 tire and you'll have no problem.

Here's mine on the 34s

Yeah I had to heat up a razorknife and cut out the bottoms of the front flares where there is a bolt that attaches to the fender it took me 5 minutes tops and it did wonders lmao.

Gearing is a good question. What is minimum gearing for 33s? I've got the crappy 3.07s on my AX-15 (manual trans) and don't know what to expect with 33s. Any thoughts?

I don't notice much of a difference from stock, running 31s and 3.55s.

My guess is the 33s will make a little more of a difference with torque and gearing. I'd probably suggest swapping to 4.10s just to be on the safe side.

The formula: MPH x rear gear ratio x 336 / tire height x top gear ratio = rpms at speed

70 x 3.07 x 336 / 33 x .79 = 1728.57 rpms at 70 with 33 inch tires

70 x 3.07 x 336 / 28 x .79 = 2037.25 rpms at 70 with 28 inch tires

I gave you the rpms for 28s as stock that is what is on mine. There is a difference of over 300 rpms, you can use the formula to figure out what ratio you want to run.

so i have a c8.25 which i have searched and found is a 3.53 ratio. after doing the calcs with 28" i get 3753rpm at 70mph ( i think this is wrong)
and 3184rpm at 70 with 33"s

did i mess something up here
