uh, ya. unless you want your jeep to be a dog in the acceleration department, make the engine work harder to keep/get up to speed, lose gas mileage, etc

you can leave the stock gears for now i run 33 stock gears and get 16 miles per gallon not the best but this is mainly my trail rig right now. don't let people tell you u have to do it or your jeep wont go over 50 or your mileage will be in the 9 to 10 mpg you can wheel with out much problem might just need low gear for the steeper sections. but do them when you want or can afford them

You will lose some power but on 32's I wouldn't say it will be a dog, granted won't have the same umph when going up hill. Me I'd plan on regearing in the near future. I am going to stick with 31's till I can regear then I'll move up to 33's..

I have 4.56s with my 32 and my Jeep goes like a NASCAR. 4.10 is actually you right choice of gearing for 32s. I just planned ahead as I will be getting 33s or 34s soon.

I have 32's with stock gears(3.55) and still get 15-17 mpg. Its not a dog at all.

i have the same thing, with 32 TSLs on there.. i think 4.10s would do the trick, i have to leave it in 3rd on the freeway and shizz, not the best but no problems wheeling...its been like this for about a year, ill probably never change the gearing, its good enough haha.

that should be pretty close to stock w/ an auto trans.. why do you have to leave it in 3rd on the freeway? sounds like you might have a converter lockup issue.
