The better half isn't big on the idea of a lift because "it will ride like a tank" so I'm looking for some other options...

Basically I wondering if anyone out there knows if 31x12.5 R16 (or should I think about 31x10.5 R16?) on the stock 16x8 rims will fit with the Bushwacker flat style fender flares without rubbing, on the stock suspension. Not sure about the backspacing on the stock rims, spacers may be in order there me thinks (I really like the look of them so I want to keep them).

31 10.5s on 16 should fit with stock wheels and cut fenders

a BB up front dose nothing to change the ride as the spring rate remains the same. out back a full length add a leaf or shackle again wont really change the ride of the rig. I ran 32 9.5 with a 2in lift and cut fenders and only rubbed when i stuffed a tire into the fenders offroad
