Default 30's on a 2" lift, decided it's probably the best way to go....

So after reading through a lot of posts on here, it sounds like 30 x 9.5 is the way to go on a 2" lift. I really wanted to do 31's, but I already have the lift installed. It sounds like 31's would look way too "stuffed" and have some rubbing issues. I wish I had bought a 3" lift. Anyone out there have pictures of what 30's look like on a 2" lift?

Also, I have stock 16 X 7 rims, and I really want to buy some AM black rims. Since I'm going with 9.5" wide tire, should I stick with 7" wide rim, or go with 8", and should I get 15" or 16"? Also, I wanted to buy MT sidebiter 15 X 8, but the BS is only 3.31" which seems like way too little. I've gotten the impression that my tires would stick way out. I think I might just save a ton of money and buy some Black Rock steel wheels with 4 -4.5" BS. I like how they have a ton of variety in sizes, styles and BS. I have no idea why MT doesn't offer more variety in sizes and BS. It makes no sense to me. Thanks for everyones input over the last few days on here and I'll put some pictures up when it's done. I have a 2001 Limited Steel Blue Cherokee in great shape ( only 70,000 miles), so it should look great!!

Thanks a lot. That looks really nice. It helps give me an idea of what mine will look like. Did you have to trim the flares on the front fender to prevent rubbing? It looks like it was trimmed right where the flares run into the bumper. Also, do you think you could have fit 31's in there?

I'm thinking about maybe even going with a 265/75R15 because that is like a 30.6 X 10.4. It would be right in between a 30 and 31 inch. I'm thinking that woudl probably fit nicely on a 2" lift as well.

I ran the 30's on stock height for a while. nothing has to be trimed to fit 30's. i wanted to get rid of the lower valence and bumper endcaps and trimming the inner fenders looks better after doing it.
