My plan is to get a RC 3" lift with AAL and put on 1.5" rear shackles and 1.5" coil spacers in the front. Does anyone know the pros and cons of doing this? And will i need a new track bar or anything like that? Thanks

I have an 89 with a 3.5" RE lift with 2" coil spacers and 2" shackles. So thats a total of 5.5", you will need a adjustable track bar, and adjustable control arms (atleast the right length control arms for the 5" your goin for), and probly a SYE or transfercase drop. I don't have any problems with my set-up except I dont have adjustable control arms, But I get driveline vibes from the front pinion angle being off. I reccomend adjustable arms for the ease of alighnment.
