Default 3" Lift Kit 2000 XJ

I was just wondering what i should worry about when i start to install my 3" lift on xmas. Here is what I have for parts:

-3" Rusty's HD coil springs
-Rusty's Shocks w/ new bushings
-3"HD leaf Packs
-Rusty's T-case Drop
-Rusty's quick discos
-Steering Stabilizer
-Longer shackels for the rear

I am already spraying everything with PB plaster and liquid wrench and wd 40. And I already did the rear upper shock bolts. I know the leaf springs bolts will be a pain. But i think a breaker bar with a pipe will do the trick.

check the condition of your u bolts. it may be easier to cut them off and replace them. make sure you have your sawzall and a couple of extra blades handy for the whole install. sometimes you think you have a bolt out and then it seizes in the bushing so pick up some replacement bolts also

if you install the longer shackles along with the 3" HD pack, you'll net more lift in the rear than the front. Unless that's what you are going for.

You may want to have a propane torch if you don't allready have one like wise a grinder with a cut off wheel. As far as parts sounds good

If Rusty's matches up their 3" coils and leafs as well as they match up their 4.5" coils and leafs, you most likely won't need to put your longer shackles on. Mine sat higher in the back with just the new coils and leafs.
