Default 3 inch lift questions

hello everyone, i have a 99 xj and im pretty sure the rear leaf springs are shot. i had 4 people in the back seats yesterday and my tires were rubbing the inner fenders. lol. i am looking at getting rear 3 inch leaf springs and polyurethane spacers for the front. here are my questions.

1) will i need to get longer shocks
2) will i need to get a transfer case drop and alignment
3) for anyone that has replaced the rear leafs, are the bolts gonna come loose, or will i be fighting it all the way. ( i have not had good luck in the past with leaf bolts) haha.

thanks in advance!

Have you need longer shocks or go to detours and get shock relocation brackets.
