3 cyl Misfires
I was doing some research came across a post about a toyota 4 cyl truck. truck has 2 coil packs, 2 cylinders a pack. both ohmed good, but when he switched the coil packs the misfire followed the bad pack. So it is plausable that you have a back pack even though it ohmed good. I would think to do a sure fire test you would have to run some current through them. I'm no expert on motor vehicle electrical, but whenever we do tests in the field in my line of work, we run voltage with current through the wires. You might have a "leak" in a wire and it's not going to show with some fire running through it.

the first time you said you changed the plugs and it fixed the problem. Now the problem has returned. Once you get the codes read, and if it is cylinder 3 again, either swap plugs or put a new one in cylinder 3 to see if it clears up.

sorry--I guess I had your post mixed up with another one...ok, so you've replaced plugs and coil pack and still have a misfire...I'm wondering if you have a bad injector. Not spraying fuel properly causing a misfire. That's a best case scenario. Can anyone else confirm that this is possible?
Sfoti, I think injectors are fairly cheap, for just one, and not too hard to replace. I would also look at the injector base, to see if you have fuel leaking from them. The o-rings might be shot.

Sorry, I forgot you had the codes posted. Multiple cylinder misfires, not just #3.
Did you figure out the IAT error yet? Might start by repairing/replacing that. Then check the cam sensor, if it's not indexed right the injector timing will suffer.

its ok, i didnt mean to come across as a dick, i was looking at that thread earlyer as well. how do i go about testing the injectors? do i pull them and turn it over to see if they spray fuel or just go with swappin the 3 and 1 injector. i did do a fuel pressure check and the pressure held after the engine stopped. i dont really know which sensor the IAT is, i think its on the manifold in front of the throttle body but im not sure if someone could post a pic or a link to a pick that would be helpful. im starting to think its a blown head gasket i guess if i check the injectors and they check out thats what im dealing with right?
I don't think there is anything to be gained by swapping injectors as you are getting misfires on 1,2,3 and 5. I guess you could swap 4 and 6 with the others to see if the misfires move to different cylinders. Could well be the head gasket if it's bad enough.
That's the IAT on the manifold near the TB. I don't think it's causing the misfires but there is a problem with it.
Bad valve springs is another known issue with your year that will cause misfires. Do you have access to a vacuum gauge? If you rev up the motor and hold it there, perhaps 3K RPM, the vacuum reading should hold steady, not float around.
